Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re way too busy working on your web site or developing your web applications, you hardly ever have time to keep track of what’s going on with the VPS server – if it is overloaded or if all the tasks are running the way you expect them to. With our Optional Managed Services deal, we’ll do this instead of you. Your VPS will be added to our custom–built monitoring software system and if there’s a sign of a trouble, our server administrators will be alerted automatically.

Weekly Backups

To manually back up a Linux Virtual Private Server definitely isn’t the simplest mission in the world. You will either need to use another server or your PC, or, alternatively deploy a third–party solution. We offer a considerably simpler way with our Optional Managed Services offer. We’ll create a complete backup of your Virtual Private Server each week, so you never need to be worried about losing critical information. Plus, we can restore a backup copy really fast. All backups we make are retained on a special machine with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything goes wrong with your web content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server gives you a virtually endless number of options, you will often have to install additional software applications. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can help you out. It’s an integral part of our Optional Managed Services deal, which allows you to ask any of our skilled server admins to install and set up any software application and to resolve any problem that you’re having with your server.

The Optional Managed Services solution comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers. It is an optional feature with the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
